RYOUKO MARTIAL ARTS (RMA) Ryouko Martial Arts was created to inspire and motivate people to lead active lifestyles. With so many health and social problems in the world today, Ryouko Martial Arts provides programs that challenge students to accomplish their goals through discipline, motivation, and teamwork.

Our instructors have taught in many seminars, high schools, and universities across Canada. We are also the training facility and headquarters of Team 2X, a world renowned martial arts group that have performed in Live Theatre, Film, and Television all over the world.
